Very proactive. Have been in the same netball league for 3 seasons and everything runs smoothly. Communication is great, feedback is taken on board and you can just make a quick phone call and resolve issues/ask questions. And I've tried other companies, where games/leagues were cancelled, no communication, late umpires etc.
What started as a team of random individuals has grown

My leagues were cancelled twice. I've been trying to play a sport with GO Mammoth for many months, but every time my start date arrives, the league is suddenly cancelled. By that time, I have to wait another month or so for another league to open up. And the response time is abysmal, leading to an even more frustrating experience. Completely unreliable. Would not recommend.

Overall a decent enough sport organisation company, but they really need to look at their forfeit/cancellation policy. When the opposition fail to show, clubs lose a game yet have still paid a fortune to play still. Part of the hefty fee for the season should be a deposit that when a team forfeits gets given to the opposition (as a credit) for missing the fixture. Otherwise clubs end up paying £85 for nothing that week which is appalling.

Seriously frustrated by this company, just seems to get worse as time goes on.

All the issues I can currently think of:
- Had multiple games cancelled/forfeited last season. We had turned up to a few of them to find out once we arrived that the match wasn't happening. Basically paying over £500 to play a handful of games
- We recently signed up for a new league months in advance to be told on the Friday before it started that they had not only incorrectly signed the team up as an individual but also they were going to do nothing about it except refund us even though it was their mistake. All the guy could say was sorry, sorry doesn't help the situation. We had purposely skipped a league waiting for better weather just to be massively disappointed
- They then said we can do the future league starting in July (our original start date was April)
- Now we have decided to sign up for a league starting in May on a different day to our original league, but I have been absolutely ignored over email. Just tried to call them and typically no one picked up

So annoying as the concept is great and we love playing but the company is a shambles.

A very welcoming community that made me feel at ease. I hadn't played netball for a long time and have met some really lovely people since starting. A great way to get fit whilst having fun!

I do basketball. I heard there are some issues in some other venues like someone not showing up to open the court, referee being bad, etc.

We also never got refunded the covid fees. The company paid for it, and they refunded it to company's account used to pay (instead of back to the card), which means that money lost forever.

But generally, all is good and nice in the venue I've been playing for a bit over a year now. Keep in mind that level of games are very different between venues, if you don't like one, you can try other.

Signed up for a basketball league paid, and then to find out less than a week before that I couldn't play because they did have space. Why have it advertised if there's no space.

Go Mammoth is a fantastic option. The organization of the league is top-notch, with clear communication, consistent scheduling, and great indoor facilities.
The league offers a variety of skill levels, so there's a place for everyone from beginners to experienced players. The games are fast-paced and exciting, with referees who are fair and knowledgeable. The league also promotes good sportsmanship and emphasizes teamwork, making it a great environment for both individual growth and team bonding.

Moved to the UK and signed up to play Basketball as an individual with go mammoth. Have met some awesome people and look forward to our games every week. Go Mammoth have always been very positive to receiving feedback and improving. Love it and highly recommend to anyone thinking of joining.

Seems to be the only recreational basketball league provider that covers the whole of London.

Played in quite a few leagues now in different parts of London - they are responsive to emails and organise the systems very wel.
